FAQ's
Are the Totes & Rentable Items Cleaned? Between each use our team sanitizes each item with Professional Disinfectants. Providing you with fresh, clean items our own family would use.
What happens if a tote breaks? Normal wear and tear is expected. Accidents happen! If a rental tote is returned damaged beyond repair, a $15 replacement fee per tote will apply.

No Suprises.
Does someone need to be home for delivery? Please have someone 18 or older available during your scheduled delivery and pickup. We'll just need a quick signature when we arrive.
What if I need to extend my rental? Moving taking longer than expected? It happens! Contact us before your pickup date to request an extension. If we have availability, we'll get you taken care of.
What if I need to cancel my rental? Things come up—we get it! Just keep in mind that the $50 deposit is non-refundable since it holds your reservation.
What are your weight limits for items provided? Weight limits vary by item and will be outlined in your rental agreement. Have questions? Give us a call—we're happy to help!
