delivery & pickup fee
We charge a standard $35 flat fee for the full cycle of equipment handling within our primary zone. We drop off sanitized boxes at your current home and collect them from your new spot once you have finished unpacking your items.

We do not require any deposits to start. For order changes: provide 24 hours notice for a full return of funds. Note that we cannot offer partial credits for early returns once the containers are already in your possession locally.

What happens if a bin gets damaged?
Our containers are industrial-strength and durable. Should a tote or dolly go missing or suffer significant breakage, the unit replacement cost will be deducted from your security authorization.
